We have been in alliance with Japan’s NTT-AT company on the basis of our own technology, and continued to deeply focus the research and development of the third-generation semiconductor high-end power device technology. Combining with the manufacturing and cost advantages of Taiwan’s semiconductor industry chain, we have established the upstream and downstream supply chain of gallium nitride epitaxial chips and device modules, which enables Taiwan to set the leading technology threshold in the AI smart control chip, automotive electronics, electric vehicle industry and 5G industry and seize an important position in the international market.
